  1. the easyiest way is to create your own mod! good luck getting custom objects in bf2 maps then to test your mod create a shortcut and add this to the target "C:Program FilesEA GAMESBattlefield 2BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +modPath mods/MyMod note "game is installed in default path and the name of my mod is MyMod" when you package your mod + Map youe objects will be visible in game! hope this helps!

  4. thank you so much for helping me with this problem I belive I got the health bar working corectly and I have a sprint bar that works just no increase in speed as far as finding that armor effect   5. ObjectTemplate.AddArmorEffect can not find this in the edditor also searched the con and tweak file no luck

I've done both tutorials building and importing the car (in max) Works GREAT Those tutorials are awesome Thank you I still find myself with some questions how do I add 1 a health bar for the vehicle? 2 smoke and fire when the vehicle is damadged? 3 an explosion with a destroyed model left behind? 4 can I add turbo(nitro) like the sprint key for infantry? 5 can I add a smoke drop to the car similar to the tank? help with any of these would be greatly apriciated.
  7. I have a refrence in init.con to objects.con where it should load my model but It doesn't it works fine in the editor, I tried packageing my map with no luck still no custom model in my map I know this can be done without making a mod I just wish I knew how!
  8. Has any one been able to add custom models to a map (NOT A MOD)? If so how?
