Maps Crashing After Changing

I have been working on a private mod for 2142 that has BF2 maps and BF2 vehicles.

It seemed to be pretty much finished so I started up a server and discovered it crashes every other map.

At first I thought it was the maps which was odd because they tested fine running a local server.

I later found that it only happens when switching from one map to another.

You can run any map from the start and they all run fine until it switches to the next map.

I believe that the previous map is not closing properly (not flushing the memory or cache or whatever).

When I run it locally in windowed mode, it gives me a memory error after the next loaded map crashes.

memory.dll: all alloc attempts failed for size 71751940

Any ideas?
